Some members of the congregation will engage in a One year Chronological bible reading plan beginning April 01 and ends Mar 30. We encourage you to join us on this journey as we read the bible cover to cover in an easy, nice pace and guided manner.
Chronological order simply means we’ll be reading the accounts in scripture as they had unfolded in order of time. This reading format should bring out to our participants an appreciation for events as they were recorded with the right perspective of the passing of time. This activity will also help to simulate interest in Bible reading and build a togetherness as we share periodically.
Tips and pointers.
- Try and get an easy to read version (if you can). This exercise is not a Study but just a casual read for our first year.
- IMPORTANT: Try and not fall behind. Playing catch up can become difficult especially when we reach more “difficult” text to read. Resist the temptation to put off until tomorrow. 🙂 Better to read ahead.
